Interim Executive Director
Full-Time, Temporary (14-18 months)
Location: Flexible, Semi-Remote (Within Peace Country)
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
The Peace Country Beef & Forage Association is a non-profit producer group that strives to provide leading edge, credible and locally viable information to Peace Country producers, through our applied research and extension programs. We inspire and empower innovation in agriculture, and move forward the agriculture industry in the Peace, by enhancing its environmental, social, and economic sustainability.
We need a bold and resourceful Interim Executive Director with a keen business mindset and fearless attitude to lead our extraordinary team in the development of agricultural systems that are both environmentally and economically sustainable.
As the Interim Executive Director, you will work closely with our board of directors to successfully execute our new strategic plan. You will champion and lead our staff team in developing an exceptional extension program, and conducting high-calibre research. You will also focus on building strong relationships with industry partners and stakeholders, and manage the financials of the association, keeping clean and precise records.
